Refund & Rescheduling Policy

All bookings at Wild Retreat are prepaid and subject to the following cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms:

1. 1. 50% Refund — Cancellations

   If cancelled 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled slot, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

2. 2. No Refund — Cancellations Within 24 Hours

   Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled slot are non-refundable.

3. 3. No Refund — Post-Event

   No refund will be provided after the scheduled slot has passed or once the ride/experience has commenced.

4. 4. Rescheduling

   Guests may reschedule their booking once at no additional cost if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot, subject to availability.

5. 5. Last-Minute Rescheduling

   Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled slot will not be accommodated.

6. 6. Refund Processing

   Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 days.
