Trainer’s Decision Is Final

The instructions and safety decisions of Wild Retreat’s trainers, instructors and guides are final.

Our team may refuse, stop, shorten, modify or postpone a ride at any time if they believe that continuing could put the rider, horse, staff or others at risk.

This may include situations involving:

  • Unsafe riding behaviour
  • Weather or ground conditions
  • Rider ability or physical condition
  • Horse behaviour or welfare
  • Equipment or route conditions
  • Any other safety concern

No refund or compensation will be due where an activity is stopped or modified because of a genuine safety concern, subject to Wild Retreat’s applicable cancellation/refund policy.

Ride Responsibly

By booking with Wild Retreat, you acknowledge that horse riding carries inherent risks, agree to follow all safety instructions and understand that participation is voluntary.

Safety comes before the ride. Our trainers’ instructions must always be followed.
