Provide accurate guest and contact details when booking. Experiences, prices, durations, eligible dates and available sessions are shown on the website. Bookings are subject to availability and the participation requirements for the selected experience.

Our operating hours are 7:00 AM–11:00 AM and 3:00 PM–7:00 PM. We are closed between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Booking times refer to local time in India.

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees (₹). The amount payable is calculated from the selected experience, guest quantity and any valid coupon accepted by the website.

Online bookings are prepaid through direct UPI. Pay the displayed amount to the UPI account shown on your payment page and submit your payment screenshot and UTR. Submitting proof does not confirm a booking: confirmation occurs only after an administrator verifies receipt of the payment.

Until verification, the payment may remain under review. Unpaid reservations may expire. Do not submit another guest’s proof or reuse the same transaction reference for a different payment. If you have paid but have not received confirmation, contact us with your booking ID and UTR.

Arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled slot and present your booking ID on arrival. Late arrival may reduce the activity duration or result in cancellation if the scheduled activity cannot proceed.

Wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe footwear. A safety helmet is mandatory while riding. Tell our team about any condition that may affect safe participation. Minors require applicable parental or guardian consent.

Horse riding is an adventure activity involving inherent risks, including falls, unpredictable horse behaviour and uneven terrain. Participation is voluntary and all staff instructions must be followed.

Trainers select suitable horses and may refuse, stop, shorten, modify or postpone an activity for safety, rider suitability or horse welfare. Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited; violations may result in refusal or termination of participation without a refund, subject to applicable law.

Cancellations at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, non-arrival or requests after the activity has commenced do not qualify for a refund.

One free reschedule is allowed when requested at least 24 hours before the slot, subject to availability. Approved refunds are processed within 15–20 days. Full details appear in our refund and cancellation policies.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. These terms do not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Contact our team first if you have a concern about a booking or payment.
